ALBANY -- Roy H. Halsdorf, 82, died Wednesday, April 28, l999 at Eden Park Nursing Home. Mr. Halsdorf was born and educated in Delmar. He was son of the late Theodore and Bertha Witt Halsdorf. Mr. Halsdorf was a self-employed painter and paper hanger for many years retiring in 1979. Survivors include several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
